Russell is a born-and-raised local of the Northeast Louisiana community and is passionate about defending it, having represented clients in various cases and litigations across multiple practice areas. RAWLaw has fought for car wreck victims, those who suffered trip-and-fall accidents, defective product recipients, and more under the personal injury umbrella alone; employee and civil rights cases are also well within Russell’s professional repertoire. When it comes to commercial litigation, RAWLaw has successfully tackled business disputes, class action cases, banking concerns, mineral claims, and other professional suits. Russell graduated from Ruston High School in 2004, LSU in 2008, and LSU Law in 2011. In law school, Russell finished #1 in his legal writing and appellate advocacy class, competed on the Sports Law moot court team (semi-finalist), and argued in the annual Flory Trial competition (finalist). Upon graduation, Russell quickly built a diverse civil practice representing valued clients all across north Louisiana.
In 2018, Russell was elected by his colleagues to represent the 7th District of the Louisiana State Bar Association’s Young Lawyer Division, which is essentially all of northeast Louisiana.
Russell and his wife Gabrielle are proud parents to two sons: Colt (2020) and Waylon (2022). In his spare time, Russell enjoys bow hunting and sight-fishing.
Noel was born and raised in Pineville, Louisiana. Upon graduation, Noel attended Louisiana Tech University wherein she was actively involved in the Sigma Kappa sorority before graduating with a bachelor’s in finance (2020).
Noel graduated from Mississippi College School of Law (May 2023) with cum laude honors and a certification in civilian law. In law school, Noel clerked for the Veteran’s Legal Clinic, the Louisiana Attorney General’s Office, and the Law Offices of Russell A. Woodard, Jr., LLC.
In her spare time, Noel enjoys spending time with her dogs (Guinness and Stella) cat (Sam), gardening, and exercising as a Level2 Certified CrossFit Trainer.
Beth has worked with Russell for over a decade as high-end legal assistant/paralegal. Any client will tell you Beth is essential to RAWLaw’s success: from initial intake to final judgment, she is actively engaged in your case.
With meaningful connections in Richland, Ouachita, Union, and Lincoln, Beth is quickly familiar with RAWLaw’s core clientele.
In 2020, Beth successfully passed the Louisiana notary exam and is currently a licensed notary. This is a remarkable achievement considering the exam pass rate averages somewhere between 11%-13%.
In her spare time, Beth enjoys time in the outdoors and riding motorcycles with her husband (Roy). She is a proud mother of two daughters (Jennifer and Danielle) and an equally proud grandmother to her two granddaughters (Jade and Anna).
